Great. Really chilled me out
does seek to help with sleep
I bought this to help with sleepless nights, it does seem to help to get off to sleep, I'm on my second pack so guess that says it all
A good start into mushroom blends
Well this had the ingredients I wanted to try and ready blended. There is a mushroom flavour to the blend so I added honey aswell as hot milk. I also tried adding an extra spoonful of cacoa. It was good to try but I am going to return to buying the ingredients separately and mix it myself (more cost effective and with the added coconut powder and cocoa) the flavour is better.
Great product
Really feel that it works in giving me a better nights sleep . Mix it in either cold or warm milk . Deffo buy again
